Its an animal planet, and Bio 370 is about animal diversity- from tiny nematodes to the giant squid.  You've been learning the processes of biology.  Now learn the players!   Invertebrates are 95% of the animal kingdom.  We'll explore their structure, function, evolutionary history, and ecological significance.

Interested in Marine Biology?
Among other trips, we'll take a 5-day field excursion to the Gulf Coast Research Lab, Horn Island, and Dauphin Island Sea Lab.

Bio 370 is useful for biology and wildlife majors, teachers, students thinking about graduate school, and also premedical students, because invertebrates have tremendous social, economic, and medical significance.

Bio 370 is 4 credit hours, and meets on Tuesday and Thursday from 2-5 pm.  Contact Dr. Barnhart, or check it out on the Internet at  http://biology.missouristate.edu
