+ future participle, expressing purpose
1) In the following phrases, change the verb to the future:
ὁ παῖς οἴκαδε βαίνει
ὁ ἀνὴρ δέχεται
ἡ γυνὴ ἀκούει
ὁ πατὴρ γιγνώσκει
οἱ πολῖται σπονδὰς ποιοῦσι
πάντα πράττουσι
τοὺς θεοὺς τιμῶμεν |
2) Now adapt thephrase to complete the sentence using ὡς + future participle. Ex. You sent the child to go home = ἔπεμψας τὸν παῖδα ὡς οἴκαδε βησόμενον

The father listened to learn/know =ὁ πατὴρ ἤκουσε ___________
