Society and Culture in China

PLS 497 and PLS 697

PLS 497 is for undergraduates students and PLS 697 is for graduate students.

This study program examines the society and culture in world's most populous state. The program explores the chronological development of societal life in China through pre-departure sessions and in-country visits and lectures. The program also focuses on China's current economic and political structures and policies, including its relations with the United States and other members of the international community.
