Adjusting Flash Security Settings

If you receive an error dialog box when trying to view a FlashHelp Help system, you'll need to adjust a setting to allow Flash to run from your computer.

To adjust Flash security settings

1. Click Settings.
2. Click Allow.
3. Click the Advanced tab.
4. Click Trusted Location Settings.
5. Click Add.
6. Click Add Folder.
7. Navigate to your USB flash drive, and then click RoboHelp8Data.
8. Click Confirm.
9. Click Close.
10. Close the dialog box, and then refresh your Web browser.
