Michael Stowe, Senior Instructor
I earned my B.A. in English (1995) and M.A. in Writing (1998) from Missouri State University. In 1999, the university hired me as an instructor to teach writing courses. In addition to teaching Writing for the Computer Industry, I also teach three courses I designed: Writing with Technology I, Writing with Technology II, and Writing for the Web. I am a member of the department's graduate faculty and have attained senior instructor status. Teaching, the English language, and computer technology are my significant interests, so I feel fortunate to have a career allowing all three to converge. In 2006, I won a College of Arts and Letters award for teaching.
