·         annual with slightly to much branched, erect to ascending stems up to about 2 feet tall and wide

·         leaves are finely-divided, ills-smelling, somewhat fleshy

·         flowers are small white daisy-like flowers with yellow centers

·         found in fertile, well-drained soils, landscapes, fallow fields, urban locations, roadsides
