Graduate and Undergraduate Strategy (MGT 487 and MGT 667), Graduate and Undergraduate Organization Theory (MGT 342 and MGT 665). Occasional one credit hour courses: MGT 400, Managing Diversity in the Workplace; MGT 400, Women and Management; MGT 400 Creative Problem Solving.

Research Interests: International management/staffing; Structuring Organizations; Corporate Performance; Franchising. I also write cases for analysis.
