Peer Assessment Form for Seminar Presentations
You are to evaluate each of your team members for the amount of effort they expended toward the completion of your group assignment. You should give your team member a grade between 0-100% - reflecting A, B, C, D, or F level of work. (ONE group member maybe given 110% if their work deserved a higher percentage because of their leadership or accomplishments.)
When giving a percentage to each team member, you should consider their overall contribution and
the number of meetings attended. You MUST provide details of their contribution
in the space provided. After a review of the range of grades given by team
members, the instructor will take an approximate average and multiply it by the
overall project grade. The team member will receive the multiplied product
as the overall project grade. The professor may also have input into the grade
earned.
Your assessment will remain anonymous. You MUST also evaluate
yourself. This completed assessment is due no later than 24 hours after your
presentation.
