Put your .java files in a folder called <your last name> Assignment x (x is the appropriate assignment number) in the Assignments folder at  \\cisclass\Class\CIS270\Johnson. There should not be any other folders or files in your folder.

Make sure you bring your completed assignment with you to class on a floppy disk, flash disk, or CD. You should always back up your assignments to your folder on the \\Magenta server in case your disk is unreadable. Click on the Magenta server link above (or select Start, Run, \\Magenta in Windows in an MSU lab), open the "user" folder, open the folder that corresponds to the first letter in your user id, and open your folder. You can then run Windows Explorer and drag/drop or copy/paste folders or files into your folder on Magenta.
