Notes you can use:

You can use any number of 3" x 5" index cards with your name and original HANDWRITTEN notes on each one. You may be required to show these notes to the instructor. You cannot use photocopying, cutting/pasting, reducing, etc., on these notes. You cannot share your notes with anyone else during the exam. You cannot communicate with any other person during the exam. Use of any electronic exam during the exam (or any time while in the classroom) is prohibited. Violation of these rules will result in a "0" score on the exam or an "XF" grade in the course.
