To document a trip, we take group photos at the major sites we visit.
The class first went to Tucson, where this photo was taken on the University of Arizona campus, in front of a saguaro cactus that is severely deformed. Just outside of Tucson is Mount Lemmon, where the "Mountain Ecology" really began
We collected data in the Wasatch Mountains of central Utah While in Utah, we stayed at Rockport State Park, just outside Park City.
In Southern Idaho, we camped at 3-Island Crossing State Park. Camping at St Mary campground on the east side of Glacier National Park.
In Wyoming, we visited with Norm & Pat Negus, at their house, their valley, and the mountains above. At Yellowstone National Park, we got doused with steam from a small geyser.

At Rocky Mountain National Park, we stopped at a turnout near the treeline to admire the view.
