 Canada Milkvetch

§  Has more upright, less branched stems than other milkvetches, growing 1-4 feet tall

§  Flowers are upright, creamy-white; leave pinnately compound with many slender, dark-green leaflets

§  Usually not considered poisonous, but not usually grazed

§  Found on prairies, rangeland, roadsides

§  May multiply in overgrazed areas; although related to the poisonous milkvetch (poisonvetch) species, its toxicity is much less, and may not be a problems
