Common Moonseed Vine

         Native perennial vine that sprouts each year from a large, tuberous root

         Stems are green to brown and climb by twining around objects

         Leaves are alternate, thin, rounded with 3-5 lobes

         Flowers are tiny, white, in axillary racemes

         Fruit is a small, grape-like blue-black berry; seeds are crescent shaped and poisonous
