Cutleaf Evening Primrose: 

·                     a biennial or sometimes summer annual, low-branching weed with lobed/toothed larceolate leaves and reddish stems  in the Evening Primrose (Onagraceae) Family

·                     flowers are bright  yellow, similar to common evening primrose, but in axils of leaves

·                     prefers cultivated, dry, sandy, fertile soils—field, vegetable, nursery crops—plus roadsides, non-crop areas
