Hoary Alyssum:

·         winter or summer annual with white flowers with four deeply-notched petals per flower

·         oval, smooth-margined leaves and stems covered with hairs

·         found in cool-season annual crops, pastures and range

·         can be toxic to livestock

·         more common in northern part of Midwest, but found in Missouri
