Anthemis cotula L., Mayweed Chamomile: (Bayer Code:  ANTCO; US Code AMCO2)

·         Annual weed with slightly to much branched, erect to ascending stems up to about 2 feet tall and wide

·         Leaves are finely-divided, ill-smelling, somewhat fleshy

·         Flowers are small white daisy-like flowers with yellow centers

·         Found in fertile, well-drained soils, landscapes, fallow fields, urban locations, roadsides

·         Similar false chamomile has larger leaves that are also finely divided and white daisy-like flowers, but the entire plant lacks a strong odor

·         Can be toxic to cattle if heavily grazed, but animals usually resist grazing
