Mexicantea:

o        summer annual with dark green stems and narrow, toothed leaves, with all of plant having a strong wormwood or medicinal odor

o        leaves narrower than lambsquarters, with no whitish coating

o        grows 1-5’ tall, less branching, more of a narrow plant than lambsquarters

o        more localized in its occurrence, and less aggressive than lambsquarters

o        strong odor may give off-flavor to hay, milk
