Rabbitsfoot Grass: (not in Weeds of the Great Plains, nor Weeds of the Northeast)

·         Cool-season annual grass with large, very soft-hairy inflorescences—look like a rabbit’s foot

·         Leaves pubescent to only slightly hairy, medium texture, medium to gray-green

·         Grows 6-18” tall, with spreading-upright stems

·         Usually in fertile, but dry soils

·         Only found occasionally in Missouri
