DOCKS:

inflorescence is a tall stem with terminal spikes of green flowers which mature to brownish seeds

o has rosette of light-green, smooth-edged leaves about 1-3” wide and 6-12” long
o has more leaves on flowering stem, usually, compared to curly dock
o produces similar inflorescence to curly dock
